This website is operated by Amal College of Advanced Studies in relation to the AMALIT International Conference. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Amal College of Advanced Studies. Amal College of Advanced Studies offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Any breach of the Terms of Service will result in immediate termination of your participation in the conference.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s display.

We reserve the right to limit or restrict the sale of our products or services to any individual, region, or jurisdiction. We also reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any service at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our discretion. We may limit registrations per individual or group. If a registration is modified or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the provided contact information.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Amal College of Advanced Studies concerning the AMALIT International Conference and supersede prior agreements.

SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and will be construed in accordance with the jurisdiction of Kerala.

SECTION 16 – REFUND POLICY

Conference fees are non-refundable except in unavoidable circumstances. Fees include registration materials and lunch. Presentations can be made in person or in absentia. In case of joint authorship, the first author pays the presentation fee, while co-authors pay the participation fee.
